These individuals provide services that include reception, phone calls, appointments, billing, insurance, and organizing your initial experience at our office.
Cindy Bell is our office manager. She joined our staff on opening day, October 1, 2003. She is responsible for day-to-day operations of the reception area and oversees two support staff. She also handles insurance claims, oversees billing, credentialing, and manages initial interactions with our patients.

Pixie Baker is one of our receptionists. She joined our staff in 2018. She handles appointments, phone calls, assists with billing, and assists with accounting operations for the office manager.
